The Green Room

Hanna had her first doctor’s appointment today, and one of the fun things we learned was that a well-stocked diaper bag contains not only new diapers, but new clothes. We learned this while we were waiting for the doctor, and Ryan tried to change Hanna on the exam table, at which point Hanna decided that she wasn’t quite done. Um, oops? Fortunately nobody at the doctor’s office minded that Hanna spent the rest of the visit sporting nothing but a diaper and a stylish green blanket, and also luckily, the doctor’s office was near enough to Hollywood Fred Meyer’s that we stopped over on our way home and bought her a new outfit to wear on the bus. Ah, the joys of parenthood!
